We don’t have an automated attendant on our voice mail telephone system. We do have a professional responding to your telephone call, guiding you through an emergency. At Ten Eyck Group, we believe in the importance of offering you a personal response, especially in a crisis. Our customers know how to reach us 24 hours a day in an emergency. We’ll be one of the first on the scene when there is a major claim.  And, we do have the most up-to-date technology to connect us to our carriers and to give our customers on-line service when, and only when, technology provides the best service.

Because we are independent agents we have buying power with the major and regional insurance carriers that are licensed throughout the United States. And, we make sure that the professional staff of Ten Eyck Group is equipped with the latest insurance information and certifications. Every month, members of our group attend educational courses and seminars about our ever-changing insurance environment. The result is that we have proudly retained our group of knowledgeable and experienced agents, brokers and staff for many years.
