Ten Eyck Group's Marketing Department personnel utilize their knowledge of changes and developments in the insurance marketplace to find the best solution for the client's coverage needs. Each client's coverage requirements are analyzed by the broker and marketing personnel and the most suitable markets are then chosen. Markets (Carriers) are determined through a process of discussion and negotiation and a formal proposal or selection of proposals is then produced for the client's review. |
| Dedicated Service Team |
| Once the client has reviewed the proposals and conditions with the broker, agreed to the terms and pricing, the client's file is then transferred to the Commercial Service Department and an Account Manager. This team has the overall responsibility of communicating with the client throughout the policy year in order to help in assessing on-going exposure, changes in conditions and the positioning for re-marketing of renewal coverage. Ten Eyck Group's Commercial Service Department is responsible for servicing all the needs of the client during the policy period. Individual professionals consisting of the Broker or Agent, the Account Manager and the Customer Service Representative remain in contact with the customer to ensure good communication and service. The team works in conjunction with the carrier's Loss Control , Engineering and Claims personnel to make certain that the client's needs and goals are met. |
